How much child support?
Based on the Düsseldorfer Tabelle (Düsseldorf table): the paying side’s income and the child’s age, minus Kindergeld (child benefit).
Amounts payable under the Düsseldorf table, 2026
The amount payable is the table amount minus Kindergeld (child benefit): half for minor children, the full amount from age 18. What counts is the paying side’s adjusted net income. The Düsseldorfer Tabelle (Düsseldorf table) assumes two people entitled to support; above €11,200 net, the requirement depends on the individual case. All amounts in euros per month and child.
