The first step
Almost every path begins here: before a divorce can be filed, you must as a rule live apart for one year – even within a shared home. We support you already in this phase, clarify separation maintenance and arrangements for the children, and prepare the divorce so that it then runs quickly and with little conflict – how the proceedings unfold step by step is shown next.

Court and lawyer fees follow the statutory rules (FamGKG, RVG) and are therefore transparent.
In an amicable divorce, as a rule only one spouse needs to be represented by a lawyer.
